We (I hope to bring together a guild of writers) understand that to read is to suspend yourself, to linger and imagine a world posited by the author, and then brought to life by your own invention, interpretation, impressions, and desires.
We read to enjoy ourselves, express and experience desires we might not otherwise explore. To help formulate and guide thought, to learn. To remember. To create from the alignment the right words elicit in us. We read because we feel deeply how it connects us with who we really are.
